Thomas E. Cooley, P.E.,

CEO & President, Liquefied Resources Ltd / Liquefied Resources Production & Engineering Ltd.

Tom has over 40 years experience in oil and gas and aquired a BA and BSCHE degrees from Rice University. He is an inventor of several patented technologies and a developer of heavy oil upgrading technology. He is a Licensed professional engineer and is experienced in process design and cost estimating of facilities. He has travelled in Nigeria extensively since 2000 to develop projects for gas processing, gas conversion and bitumen production & processing. He founded the Nigerian subsidiary in 2010 in conjunction with his associate Chief Dr. Tony Amechi.

Vivian Scheibel

Director, Liquefied Resources Ltd / Liquefied Resources Production & Engineering Ltd.

Vivian has over twenty-five years of experience in information technology management, sales, and consulting. She has a B.S. degree from Texas A&M University and has worked for major technology companies such as Compaq, HP, and VMware. During her professional career, Vivian has consulted with Fortune 500 companies, including Oil & Gas customers, to craft, deliver, and operationalize innovative digital solutions that achieve business goals.

Chief Dr. Tony Amechi

Managing Director, Liquefied Resources Ltd / Liquefied Resources Production & Engineering Ltd.

Tony has over 20 years experience in Business Development/Project Management. He held several leadership and management positions in various company’s. Currently Director Business Development, Liquefied Resources USA and Managing Director of the Nigerian Subsidiary, Liquefied Resources Production & Engineering Limited. He is also the Founder and CEO of WESCO Energy & Engineering Limited, Founder and Chairman of Tony Amechi Foundation, and Co-Owner of Enterprise TV7. He is a member of the Board of Directors in Tricell Services Limited, TAJ Machinery Limited and Bujold Nigeria Limited, and a Consultant to Diversified Projects Incorporation USA and Zorah Technologies USA. He is currently the Special Adviser on Investment to the Governor of Delta, Nigeria, and a Philanthropist by Nature.

He has attended several conferences, seminars, symposia and workshops both local and International. He holds a B.Sc in Business Management and Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Liquefied Resources Ltd is concentrating on development of a bitumen project in Edo, Ogun and Ondo States, Nigeria. The project will be a green field project that will be comprised of;

George is an inventor and patent holder in the ESEIEH™ technology, which significantly reduces GHG emissions and lowers cost for heavy oil and oil sand recovery. He initiated the pursuit and drove the strategy to invent, test, develop and commercialize the new technology. He also played a lead role in forming the consortium and creating the governance structure for the Fortune 500 companies that jointly worked together on the technology development program. Prior to the ESEIEH™ project, George was a senior P&L executive in the utility construction services industry where he turned around poorly performing business units, growing both revenue and margins by improving productivity, asset utilization and all key performance indicators while also improving the skills and performance of management teams. George also has a background in aerospace manufacturing and has successfully implemented Six Sigma principles in both manufacturing and services industries. He received his degree in Business Administration (Accounting) from the University of Washington.

Victor is a visionary, challenge driven and a successful professional. He is distinguished in governance and a leader per excellence.

He is a Chemical Engineer and Lawyer by training, a businessman by profession, a philanthropist by nature and a politician by calling. He is currently the Executive Director at the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) and has a long career as a business man and politician. He is the founder of Davnotch Nigeria Ltd and served in Delta State house of Assembly between 2003-2011 when he was unanimously elected as Speaker of the 5th Assembly where he held the record as the longest serving Speaker.

He holds a B. Eng (Chemical Engineering) from the University of Benin, B.L Nigerian Law School, LLB Delta State University, MSc Corporate Governance from the Leeds Metropolitan University, Leeds U.K.
